It falls on the 15th day of the Lunar New Year. The day is also known as Chinese Valentine’s Day. People admire the full moon, go to lantern carnivals and solve riddles on lanterns. In the past, singles had a tradition of finding their love ones on this special day.

Hong Kong’s largest marathon event, also called Hong Kong International Marathon. Sponsored by Standard Chartered Bank annually since 1997. A full marathon, half marathon and a 10 km run are taken place attracting around 70,000 runners every year.

  • Valentine’s Day – February 14, 2017

  • Hong Kong Arts Festival – February 16 – March 18, 2017

Enjoy the performances of world-renown performing artists and local talents. It is an annual series of art and cultural programmes in Hong Kong.
